Jane Kenyon MBA DipM MCIM
Jane is 46, married and lives in Cheshire. After a successful corporate career spent in strategic marketing and business development she set up her own business consultancy in 1992 as the glass ceiling became visible and the games became unbearable. She has not looked back.
In the past 18 years Jane has bought, created, grown and sold several businesses and remains passionate about entrepreneurship, personal development and social contribution.
Business interests have included a lifestyle management company, a social network, management consultancy, marketing agency, corporate investigations and health and wellness business to name a few.
In 2001 Jane divested some of her business interests to become more involved in personal transformation work via coaching, speaking and writing.
In 2007 Jane founded the Well Heeled Divas Ltd. An organisation dedicated to female empowerment with a mission to inspire and empower one million women to step up to entrepreneurship, leadership and wealth contribution, who in turn, will inspire one million young girls to believe in themselves and reach for the stars. It was the latter half of this mission and Jane’s passion for young girls, that set in motion the creation of a sister company, Girls Out Loud.
She is also one half of the social enterprise www.girlsoutloud.org.uk set up in 2010 with one of Lord Sugar’s favourite Apprentice finalist’s Claire Young. Girls Out Loud is a personal development organisation aimed at raising the aspirations of 13-18 year old girls in the UK to a status beyond WAG, glamour model or teen Mum.
In 2009 Jane was asked to become Vice President of The Birdhouse Fund www.birdhousefund.org The Birdhouse Fund is a grassroots, grant making charity run by successful women who in turn, support women that have fallen on hard times. It is helping ordinary women achieve extraordinary things and Jane is honoured to able to contribute to the Manchester community in this way and a huge fan of this level of female collaboration.
Qualifications:
She has a business degree, an MBA, post graduate diploma in marketing, NLP practitioner certificate, NLP life Coaching certificate, Hypnotherapy certificate, and is a member of the Chartered Institute of Marketing(CIM), INLPTA, The International Neuro-Linguistic Programming Training Association and ANLP, Association of NLP. She is also a qualified Time Line Therapy® Practitioner.
